TOP MARKS FOR USER FRIENDLINESS

In the process of setting up an ISA for the first time found every stage of the procedure found it to be very slick, easy to follow from step to step, and never had the slightest problem at any stage. I have no experience of other Building Society's systems, but as far I am concerned the Newbury Building Society's systems (at least for an 84 year old) are as good as it gets. VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

We have always found the Newbury Building Society exceptionally easy to do business with. Telephone phone calls are answered promptly and enquiries are always dealt with efficiently and knowledgeably.
