Long term customer, never claimed before - accident a few weeks ago, and garage says our car's a write-off ... Churchill, however, aren't responding to messages, haven't yet produced the promised courtesy car (paid for in the policy) and have left us high and dry - garage have said they've got several cars there and Churchill aren't communicating with them either - awful, not what we paid for, and no sign of resolution.
