VULNERABLE INSURER ?. AVIOD THIS COMPANY

I am elderly and live alone with various health issues. A double glazed window in my only habitable bedroom had been irreparably damaged and could not be closed. It was consequently cold at night. I informed SAGA my insurer. They had passed the policy on to LV Insurance who in turn had allegedly passed this particular parcel on to Highway Insurance,who I found out dealt exclusively with vehicle insurance.
