Professional and empathetic

I had recently taken a loan out to bridge a gap in between a job I was moving too However the job fell through leaving me with no wage to cover the loan until I acquired another job. I called expecting a person demanding money and putting pressure on me in which was already a stressfully situation. It was quite the opposite, a very empathetic person gave me options and put the loan on hold with no interest for a month. Outstanding customer service, piggybank is the go to place for short term loans. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2018
