I took out a car insurance policy which Churchill based on them telling me they would provide my accident dates in the last five years when I told them I couldn't remember. Shortly after, they contacted me to say I didn't give them one accident date. That I must pay the over £100 in a couple of days because I didn't disclosed. I reminded them that I told them I couldn't remember and they said they will provide. I refused to pay and they cancelled my policy. Now I'm having trouble finding insurance less than £3000 and some refusing to insure my car. I'm in a nightmare of no fault of my own. In the meantime, I'm paying finance on my car and cannot afford to insure it. Churchill sent my documents to a few doors from my house and while I was on the phone to them, blind past me to their partner insurance directline who I left the join them. They mislead me and appear questionable to me. They also gave different stories and not transparent, in my opinion. I wish I had the option of not giving any stars. This just goes to show their reputation.
