Moneybox offer great customer service

I’ve always had a really good experience with Moneybox. The app is really user friendly making deposits easy, quick and simple. If ever you need to reach someone, they have a handy in app feature to speak to a real person rather than a chatbot. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

Intuitive, great customer service and user friendly

I’ve been using Moneybox’x LISA for a few years now and I’m really impressed with how user friendly both the app and depositing money is. I’ve reached out to the live help a few times and the customer service advisors I’ve met have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There’s also some added extras on the app like mortgage advice which I haven’t used yet, but I like the option’s there. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023
