Took away all the stress!

I am with them at the moment - and this is my second year with them. I was in an accident whilst with them - i was hit from behind whilst stationary - so really wasn't my fault. They have been excellent. Really really good. They were so supportive during my accident and gave me a direct dial for a team member so I could call anytime for updates. My convertible merc was only 1 year old and i was really upset - they ensured I was provided with another equally lovely car during the time my car was being repaired. Just everything was excellent.
