Customer service is great. Advisers are more than happy to do everything they can to help you. I called about not being able to make a payment due to unexpected expenses, the adviser talked through my current situation, asked if I was able to make a smaller payment which I was. We then agreed a smaller amount and she also agreed smaller monthly amounts going forward to help me out. Great service! Reviewed on: 9th July 2016

Card blocked 3 times in 4 months!

I joined Barclays after a friend recommended them to me. The first 12 months I had no issues atall. The past 6 months I have had nothing but problems!! My account has been. Frozen 3 times in the past 4 months due to "fraudulent activity " Barclays customers service team passed me around to 3 different people until I got to the person that could help. My account was unblocked and I was told the companies that had taken money from my account and that they could get this money back for me. I was then placed on hold and when the adviser came back he told me that they couldn't claim the money back I had to do it myself. Since this I have received my new card and yet again had the same problem. Reviewed on: 9th July 2016
