Just disappointing

I'm being harassed by tsb regarding a business I have not been associated with for 2 and a half years despite attempting to resolve for 2 years. Complete failure of their systems and can't explain how disgusted I am with them as a banking institution. Emma has been life-changing for my budgeting and money management and just keeps improving with every update and new feature. 3 years ago I was overdrawn on multiple overdrafts, maxed on multiple credit cards and suicidal with worry.
