Avoid this company- very inconsistent

Stay off this company. I bought a home policy online and paid in full a sum of £180.74, it took 3 days before I got an email an acknowledging my payment. When I saw the policy document, the excess I selected online was £0 what I got on the document was different (£350), so I call to cancel it immediately at least 10 days before the policy starts. They promised a refund since 19th of March and up until today, they haven't refunded me my money. I have called at least 3 times to request this refund, they keep giving me 3 to 4 working days to refund the card I paid with. 1 month is almost gone and I haven't gotten my money back from them. Please stay away for your good Update: After I had written this review, I got a call from the company and my money was refunded as promised after 3 days. I am happy I got my money back.
