Loyalty Is Not Rewarded

I always thought loyalty should be rewarded but with the Halifax, it doesn't appear so. I've been a customer for over 20 years but never once receive bonus interest rates etc. Instead they continually send letters stating interest rates on certain accounts are falling. I wouldn't recommend Halifax for much. Reviewed on: 18th December 2016

Renewed our home insurance with Halifax. Fantastic service and great price. It certainly pays to advertise as I would have never thought of the Halifax for insurance. Our home insurance was so much cheaper with the Halifax. Reviewed on: 10th July 2016

Great bank

Very good bank. I've always been with the halifax. Customer service is great and staff are friendly. £5 bonus a month is a bonus. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015
