Review of the HSBC, Bank account:

This really is the listening bank!

I have been with HSBC for some years now and I remain delighted with them. I am bedridden so all my banking needs have to be met online. HSBC is always available and on the odd occasion that I've needed to phone them, their customer service team is beyond reproach. They are patient, knowledgeable and deal with queries quickly and efficiently. I can't fault HSBC in any way. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

The ONLY way to save money!

I was sceptical when my son told me about Plum, but agreed to give it a try. I had to retire early because I became disabled and could no longer work. Because of this I have been living on a very small pension plus my disability living allowance. Tom has always helped when I needed it but it wasn't doing much for my self esteem, then he suggested Plum. I can honestly say that Plum really works, it's simple and easy to use and your money is right there if you need it, it literally takes seconds to transfer it back to your bank. I think this is my third year with Plum and it really is a life saver. My balance with Plum is nearly £300 and I haven't had to ask Tom to help me once. I recommend Plum unreservedly and am now thinking of adding their investment option to my account. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023
