Quick and easy

I applied around 08:10 and heard back by 08:20. I was they asked me a time that suited me and called me right on it which was better than waiting on a call as it was my break in work. The adviser is spoke to was clear, knowledgeable, quick and cheerful. He made sure I understand every part of what was happening and how the loan repayments work. He told me so much I feel like I had just gone through my training to work there! He was a nice guy and I'm happy I got the loan I applied for in such a quick turn around.
