Reply from We are committed to keeping our branches open and investing in the local community of Bath but I do acknowledge and apologise for the inconvenience caused by our decision last year to close our agencies. This difficult decision was made simply because of the low level of usage of these agencies. We do however pride ourselves on the service that we provide through the remaining branches and the support that we provide to customers who want to transact with us by other means, such as post, email, webchat and via our Bath Online system. I am also pleased to advise you that we will have a Mobile App launching in the next few weeks.
