Good bank but requires improvement

Having a bank like NatWest is great - bank that is both online and have a branch. There are so many things that are great with that. But most recently, they have decided to close their branches in the place I lived making it incredibly and unnecessarily hard for people to go to go to the branch for other new applications like mortgage and credit card. It may be great from management perspective but not from people's perspective. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
