Amazing service

The Rooster money service is fantastic. It is so easy to manage all the kids funds in one place. The kids feel independent and it teaches them the value of money. They know they have to 'work' in order to see their 'pay' come in. They have the freedom to move the money between their pots themselves, set savings goals and be 'grown ups' by having their own debit card. Before my kids started using this service, they believed all mummy had to do was go to a machine in the wall and it would give out money (if only that was the case). They now have visual representation of how debit cards and banks work, and understand that it is not just as simple as that. They also understand how it can take a long time to actually save the money you need to buy something and appreciate the gifts they are given. Absolutely brilliant! Ps. It is awesome that the app will remain free for NatWest group customers. Just another incentive to continue utilising it! Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
