Used to be a top interest rate payer, not so much now

Had no issues with Chase other than their interest rate has steadily dropped off from its table topping rate and is now not competitive enough. I keep it now purely for overseas spending on the debit card to get an efficient exchange rate. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

I have always received a good service from Chase.

I have always received a good service from Chase. Nothing has gone wrong so I haven’t needed customer services. Interest rate was market leading but just middle of the pack now. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Easy to use

The Marcus app is easy to use and transfers are quick. The interest rate is not quite competitive t the moment. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
