I found it very complicated to open an account. It took two phone calls, one promising to call back, who didn't, to get information .A promised letter did not arrive and I was on the point of giving up. The account number seemed very suspicious to my bank, which necessitated another phone call .I have never found it so difficult to open an account. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
