I’ve been with Zopa for a few years now and cannot fault them. Their customer service is amazing. The app is also brilliant. I’ve had two loans and a credit card with them now. They are brilliant. The communication via sms and email is also very efficient. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Simple and easy to use and very friendly
