Easier than I thought it would be...

It was easy to apply for a loan, and the whole process from beginning to end was highly professional and very efficient. The telephone operator was very informative and put me at ease through what I wrongly thought would be a stressful experience. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Well run bank.

I have never had any problems with this bank and it's fabulous app. I'm told immediately what I've spent and what I have remaining, unlike some banks who don't let the customer know for a couple of days... overall I can't recommend Zopa enough, they are terrific. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
