Review of the Zopa, Car finance:

great originally but poor when i tried to change my car for a different one

I am a zopa customer with both credit card and car finance, initially they were excellent but their customer service was a huge letdown when i tried to chaneg my car for a different one, could only try do it via app and declined me as obviously i had 20k outstanding on another car (this would be settled by part exchange) i tried numerous departments and none were useful to answer my request hence my room for improvement score. shame as apart from that they have been really good.
