Simple, helpful and professional, That's Updraft....

Had my second loan with updraft now and was made so simple also with paying off my existing loan and I was kept up to date by updraft once they confirm I had paid off my first loan, the interest rate is reasonable considering I have not got the best credit file which I working to improve, overall, really simple to use, staff are really helpful and professional, have recommended them to family and friends Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Great, Easy app to use,

Overall really happy, application was easy, getting card was quick, app is easy to use and see what your spending, payment system easy to use, only con would be amount of time you spend waiting on live chat with help, had problem with card not working, took over a hour to reslove (most of this time was sat waiting for a reply), needed new card which did turn up in a couple of days which was great as I was going away and wanted my card with me, would recommend them to others but as I said be prepared for long waits on replies in live chat, obviously thier support team are dealing with multiple chats which I understand but this does leave you sitting twiddling your thumbs waiting to get a reply to your last message Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
