Hassle Free

There is no hard-sell involved with Zopa, using the app allows customers to keep on top of their spending, available balance and any offers that may be available. Unlike other credit card providers, once payment is made, a receipt is forwarded and the balance reflects the payment made immediately - other cards I have used in the past advise a period of two working days before payment is reflected. Timely notification for new statement available and payment due date, but, as a customer, I do not feel pressured or 'badgered' in any way Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
