Review of the Brightside, Car Insurance:

Terrible

I had my insurance for four days and then I bought a new car. Asked for quote and was told I would be charged 25 for changing vehicle even though I was In the 14 day cooling off period. And if I was to leave it would also be 25. So I get the quote. It has more than doubled. I ask for a monthly figure and am told I would not be given the exact figure until I have taken the insurance out and the actual insurer notify me of cost as they are only the broker. So I chose to cancel....... A week later I'm still getting emails and texts asking for document. I had to ring again to get taken off their list. I then get a text message marked urgent as I owed them money. Terrible company do not use, useless and money grabbing Reviewed on: 18th July 2016
