A very good services

118 118 does not provides the most lower interest rate out there but is still a very good rate in comparison with some of the credit lenders. I like email communication with 118 118, they very informative. Had never spoken to any representative of customer service so can't comment on it, but I'm certain the staff are professional, supportive and helpful. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Never the issue

I am Zopa's customer for quite a while now and always used it via app. It's incredibly easy for me that way. I can monitor my payments in and out and also access other services. I hadn't had any issue at all so far. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
