I’ve had a few loans now from Zopa, and have always found their customer service to be excellent, applying for loans online easy with good UI, and wait to see if your successful quick quick compared to other lenders. Their app is also excellent and also options on loan eg. Pay off early is very good. All in all, 6 out of 5 stars. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023
