PayPal very convenient

I've found PayPal very convenient and widely accepted. The site is easy to navigate and the delaying of interest being applied to purchases is great. With the email alerts and history I truely feel like I control my spend and payments. When I have contacted customer service they seek to understand the issue first before trying to resolve it. Easy to manage personal loan

The process of applying to Zopa and receiving funds was straight forward and efficient. There was a seamless transition to being able to manage your loan on-line with an ability to overpay and when paying off the loan early there was a simple process for getting a settlement figure which was favourable in that you saved money as compared to just leaving the loan going for the full term. This encourages people to reduce debt as quickly as they can, which I think is good. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023
