First broker to surprise me!

I am renewing my mortgage for the first time and of course I am shopping around trying to get the best deal by talking to multiple brokers and seeing what access they habe. After talking to about 5 brokers in total, Habito were the first and only ones that asked me if I wanted to consider an overpayment in order to get me into the next LTV % threshold in order to obtain a better rate. Safe to say I was majorly impressed and that influenced my decision to follow through with them. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023
