Fantastic customer support.

I was once delayed with my payment as I did not realized at that moment that I unintentionally have edited my standing order, and then I received a customer service call reminding me of my due and giving me advice on how I’d be able to prevent that delay affecting my credit score and some other things that may help me dealing with my finances if i need to. Easy to use app! Well made.

I just started using the moneybox app half a year ago now with my LISA, and I found it very easy to use. The round up helps me to build my wealth especially on those times that the budget is reaaly tight that I can’t actually put some, so a little bit of dime taken straight away from my bank is a good thing for me to keep my LISA savings up. I love how the app helps me alot to monitor my LISA and it has a very understandable breakdown of everything you need to know. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
