Brilliant bank with excellent customer service. I have been banking with Starling for around 5 years now, I love the saving spaces and the fact that you can turn your card off if you have concerns. They send us really helpful emails and I feel that my money is safe. I have recommended Starling bank to lots of people and always emphasise how great they are. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I’ve had a Starling bank account for nearly 5 years and can honestly say I wouldn’t bank with anyone else. The banking app is so easy to use, you can create convenient spaces to put aside money for bills or savings. Depositing money or cheques is simple as is sending money. You can see at a glance deposits or payments due which are upcoming. I even get alerts on my phone when I payment has gone thru. You can turn your card off immediately which is great if you suspect there has been any unauthorised activity on your account. Their customer service is 24 hours, you never have to wait long to speak to an advisor and they have always sorted any issues that I’ve had. They are so polite and helpful. Fraudulent activity is treated seriously and on a previous issue I was reimbursed with no issues at all. I really can’t rate Starling enough and I’m one very satisfied customer.
