Stole my money

Like some of the reviews I have read, Counting up have yet again stolen money from a customer, that customer being me. They have closed my account for no valid reason, they said I will receive my money within 30 days, which I now know is a complete Lie as I have just read many reviews with the same problem and they never got their money back, I have £762 in my account in which it was my wages i had just been paid, Rent is due, Child Maintenance, and more bills I have to pay, this has left me stranded, and bills have bounced back, which eventually will lead into Debt, my MENTAL HEALTH really cannot take it for much longer, as the fear of being in debt has me SUICIDAL, action must be taken immediately, I have contacted my solicitor and will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service. Banks and financial institutions are sometimes required by law to take action without informing account holders. We will not publicly comment on specific reasons or actions we may or may not have taken due to the complex legal and regulatory obligations we hold. However, we will provide as much information as we can privately. We will keep in touch with you privately and help in any way we can, following our legal and regulatory responsibilities.
