Give up.!!!!

Virgin money ...what they tell you and what they do is completely different! 3 times I've phone to rectify a mortgage issue .3 times I've clarified the outcome to the point of simplicity....3 times the correspondence states something completely different !! Be glad to pay my mortgage off as seems no one knows what they are doing !! Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
