Very easy to open and use. Not had to use customer service so marked that as neutral. The newsletters are interesting and provide useful information. The app is very easy to use and does everything that you would expect it to do Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Useful going abroad and in the UK. The app is intuitive to use. There weren't many savings options but can see these are coming out now. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
