Offered me £750 incentive to switch but kept the money.

I was offered a £750 incentive to switch banks from Natwest to Starling. I made the switch and was expecting my incentive to be credited to my new account "Within 7 days" The switch happened however 9 days later and the incentive payment still hasn't been credited to my new account. So far I have contacted Starling twice and all they say is "Someone from the Business switch team will be in contact with you" Please think seriously before switching your bank account to Starling.
