Monzo, a friendly, accessible and simply good bank

As a first time bank user who was denied service by another bank, Monzo completely changed my experience about British banks in general. They are friendly. They are quick. They are thoughtful. I can really feel that they think for, and think of customers in things that they do too. Things are quick, easy and done in such no-fuss manner. But most important of all is their commitment for accessibility. As a customer with special needs, it is a huge use plus to have. Reviewed on: 26th February 2023
