Excellent savings interest rates and excellent customer service

I was impressed with the simplicity of opening a savings account with Close Brothers a couple of years ago. I then wanted to ask a few questions before opening an ISA last year, and was delighted to speak with a real person, who helpfully answered all my questions immediately. On the basis of both their interest rates and their customer service, I've recommended Close Brothers to another family member, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
