Always on the Front Foot!

Close Brothers fulfils all the basics expected of a good bank. Its website is clear and Its written communications exemplary. And it keeps to the rate promised (contrary to some building societies where they close offers sometimes before the mailing arrives). But, as an older depositor, what takes Close Brothers to another level is the unhurried guidance and help from customer services. They are patience personified. In all my years of dealing with Close Brothers it has always been on the front foot. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
