Always friendly and helpful when I have a query

Always friendly and helpful when I have a query via the phone. When sending off a cheque to be processed, the staff are always quick to process it and send back my daughter's account booklet. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Great Child's Saving Account

The staff are very personable when you ring them up with a query and try to answer any questions you have. There is a wide variety of different kinds of savings accounts. When my daughter had a government supported, Child Trust Fund and it became obsolete, Chorley automatically put my daughter savings into an appropriate child's savings account. I have no hesitation in recommending this building society. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
