Fantastic range of services.

You can find just about anything you are looking for on the app. Whether it be a place for receipts, savings accounts or 'vaults', insurance, voucher codes for selected stores, or simply exchanging money when abroad. It is such a great app. I think one improvement would be a chatbot function to answer some questions when they arise. But so user-friendly and the swiss-army penknife of banks. Review of the Charles Stanley Direct, Investments:

Good ISA service. The visuals could be clearer.

Set up was super easy and the staff I spoke to were very helpful. It has also performed well generally. The improvement area is in some of the visuals with regards to the performance of the ISA over time, the graphs used are fairly basic and don't permit closer analysis, if nothing else so that one can try to understand what is going on with invested funds. Pretty good interest rates and superb in-person support

I had an in person consultation to get set up and the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole thing was so easy to do and get set up. The system of having a current account attached to the savings is so smart, and helps me as a student start to think about my future, whilst also have the option to withdraw. Fantastic app and chat bot

First Direct's app is exceptionally easy to use. The chat bot is leagues above others I have tried. I have sorted out so many questions I had with moving abroad and it was so easy to get expert advice. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

It is such a great platform, such great information. And solid returns.

It has been such an easy experience to get set up, to know what level of risk I wanted to use. The transparency as to where the money is going is strong and it also provides great wider information on markets and savings techniques. I would whole-heartedly recommend this.
