So easy!

I can easily top up my LISA throughout the year and can clearly see how much allowance I have left and the paid out and expected reward versus the maximum. The interest added/expected is also very clearly shown. It's added monthly, but you can see the daily growth. Very convenient for tracking one's progress. The only drawback is it takes several weeks for the money to be collected and applied to the account and for the reward to be applied. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Easy and straight-forward investing

The platform is easy to use and one requires no knowledge of how to invest. It's a great entry into investing for those completely new to it. As a starting point, it's hassle-free and straightforward with reasonable fees. However, for those who already know a bit about investing, the lack of personal choice can be frustrating. I would like to see more options for index funds (especially passive ones) on the platform in the future to help diversify the portfolios. It would also be more convenient to be able to change investment types more easily and to be prompted to set up the password during account set up. I missed the email for the password set-up so went down the re-set forgotten password route. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
