Aviva Zero online Car insurance.

Just took out car insurance with Aviva Zero online. Very good proce with far better excess offer than my previous insurer. Website and information was very clear and easy to use. Include NCD cober and general legal cover. £180 cheaper than my renewal quote. Checked the review site too and seem like a reasonable offer. Reviewed on: 20th November 2024

Very good micro and robo investing offer.

I find this platform very transparent for micro investing. Very low fees and very clear what the fees are. Good growth so far. Very accessible and not over heavy on the advertising and promotions. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Just joined following the MSE promotion/ bonus.

Just joined following the MSE/Martin Lewis promotion fro ne customers. Very good website and easy to follow. T+C are clear and easy to locate and typical and fair forwhat I understand of these sorts of robo-investing products. Very competitive management charges for this type of service. Best Customer care in 30 plus years of banking

Finally a couple years back as a 50-something decided I needed to try online banking. FD were the most clear and transparent about their services and how it worked. Especially about online security procedures. Joining was easy and a couple of minor queries were dealt with over the phone with extremely helpful and courteous operators. I've been very reticent about online banking for many years but First Direct have been excellent IMO. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
