Review of the Wealthify, Ethical Investment Plans:

Clear, simple communications for first time investors

I spent some time researching where I should put my money having recently graduated and beginning earning for the first time. I had considered a Lifetime ISA, however I wanted more flexibility over withdrawal as I was unsure about when I would be looking to buy my first home. The initial driving factor behind my selecting Wealthify was pricing - the cost of investments and penalties for withdrawal were minimal and since the platform uses Vanguard investment portfolios I knew I would be able to trust them with my money. Given the great value, I assumed that my level of service would be commensurate with that - however, I was pleasantly surprised by how simple Wealthify's app is to use, how clear and helpful the communications from Wealthify are and the very useful guidance for first time investors they provide. It was this guidance that led me to shift from a standard Cash ISA to the Ethical Investment plan. I am incredibly pleased with my service from Wealthify (despite a difficult year or two for the markets) and I would be delighted for them to win this award. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
