A Change for the better

I was unsure about debt management and was more than a little embarrassed to be in a position where I needed help (I am 70). Step Change were easy to contact and it was straightforward to provide the information that was required. Helpful, non-judgemental advice and support

I struggled to accept that I needed help with my debts. I am almost 70 and felt very embarrassed to be in this position at this time in my life. Step Change were recommended to me by my bank. Right from my very first contact Step Change were helpful and I never felt patronised or judged..
