Not as good as they think they are

I have accounts with most if not all fintech banks and investment App based services. All are, or should be, a wake up call to the large banks who will loose customers to them unless they change their ways to provide a better service for customers rather than lining their own pockets. In my experience wealthify hasn't performed as well as the investments I hold with moneyfarm, InvestEngine and Nutmeg. Indeed it hasn't performed as well as Natwest's investment portfolio albeit which operates via a clunky add on to their banking app as an after thought. They have all performed better than my eye wateringly expensive Lloyds/Halifax/Scottish widows investments. Perhaps Robo investors are better than real people after all. Certainly they are cheaper!
