An insult using the word customer service when it comes to the word and ripping off while the financial authority exist?

Demands of papers, you send and then still not received, you then send again. Then days later your insurance has been cancelled but letter arrives late with no explanation and then your hit with a bill for cancelling the insurance cover after driving without insurance cover. After that car insurance nightmare begins dealing with Brightside and the most ridiculous is when am told your insurance has been active since and not cancelled! Need I continue it might take 2 months as it has taken me 2 months to sort there mess, which is still not sorted as apparently am now in debt and debt collectors will be camping outside my door to collect the loot for Brightside!
