A Caring, Traditional and Caring Building Society

I always find the staff in my local Chorley Building Society (Leyland) very helpful and friendly. There is a nice, warm and friendly atmosphere when you enter the Building Society. I receive regular updates about any new saving schemes and the staff are always ready to help with any enquiries I may have. I like the Chorley Building Society as I like to have a passbook and be able to go into the branch to draw out or put money into my account/ Reviewed on: 5th March 2024

Chorley Building Society - Review

I find the staff at my local Chorley Building Society very helpful. There is a nice atmosphere when entering the bank and there are no long queues waiting to be served. My local branch offer, what I feel, is a very personal service. Most banks nowadays have very few cashiers to hand; the staff tend to be walking round helping customers, so there is no privacy. Chorley Building Society caters for all needs; the interest rates are very competitive and I like the idea that I have a pass book instead of a plastic debit card. As I said, the staff are extremely helpful, patient and kind. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
