Excellent customer service!

Policy Expert reminded me in plenty of time that my renewal was up. I appreciated that my insurance policy was automatically renewed taking away any worry that I would forget! I was very happy with the quote. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim but I have had occasion to contact customer services and my query was dealt with quickly by a very friendly staff member.
