Shocking Customer Service

Never use this company to save your money with. I have been trying to link a new bank account for 1.5 weeks now, and I have still had no resolve. Between using the phone number and chat functionality, nobody has been able to identify why my statement wasn't verifiable (despite all details aligning). The treatment I received from some of their customer service employees is despicable. I am filing a formal complaint as the stress I have gone through as a result of their lack of capability is huge. Due to their inability to help resolve my issue, therefore being unable to access my savings, I have had to postpone buying a car which means I cannot make it to work. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023
