Have dealt with Vanquis for a long time and found them to be customer focused and helpful with queries. I recently had an issue with payment but they dealt with this with empathy and offered a solution to help me .

Have dealt with PayPal for some time and found the company to be helpful and customer service is excellent. My sons put me on to this and glad they did.
