The best app for mobile banking

Monzo has been the best app for mobile banking for me. I have other bank accounts with apps, and I must say Monzo has been the most thought out app for user experience, from accessibility, how it looks, feels and the different areas in the app to suit the customer journey. I keep up with expenses as the features allow me to do that, how much money was sent across to a business or person and money saving pots. The fact that the premium feature is shown at the bottom so you’ll never forget the services Monzo offers is amazing. I am also a flex user and this has been honestly great for me. Aside of of this Monzo has great customer service and I honestly recommend Monzo all the time to people that have not yet banked with Monzo! Monzo honestly changed the game for me, I use Monzo more than my main bank. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023
